QA/QC Introduction
Our company has an independent Quality Control Department (QC). They inspect all the details according to order requirements during production. If products are found with defects, they will sign "Full Inspection Note" and "Settlement Solution" so as to prevent any outgoing of defective goods from our factory. If products pass the quality inspection, they will issue "Release Note" to the production department and export department.
Meanwhile, we have another team working together with our computer engineers to check that all new products are ready to be placed on right design. These staff has an acute awareness of what is needed for a product to be both user-friendly as well as workable under normal working conditions.
